About

We are taking part in Kilimanjaro Trek 26 to support Railway Children raising vital funds for vulnerable children who live alone and at risk on the streets and at transport hubs. Every year thousands of children across the UK, India and Tanzania run away or are forced to leave homes that have become unbearable through poverty, abuse, violence and neglect.

We will be challenging myself both mentally and physically as we take on the world's highest freestanding mountain.

All of the fundraising from this event will go to support vulnerable children. Reaching a child as soon as possible is crucial to getting to children on the streets before an abuser can, and before they become entrenched in street life. We are supporting Railway Children to protect and prevent these children living alone and at risk on the streets.
